Chapter 6.3 Equations with Rational Coefficients

Good Evening and doesn't
the title of this section sound SMART!
I bet you can impress all as you can do this stuff and
dazzle your parents and friends!
We are pulling together everything from past chapters- fractions, negatives and algebra rules! We can do this, one step at a time.
So remember what rational number are?  I know you do, but just in case- rational numbers are all whole numbers and fractions and some decimal numbers- the ones that end or have a pattern! And coefficients are the number part of a variable term. This is your one and only vocabulary for this section!
 Hope this jogs your memory.
We will be working with fractions and decimals as coefficients!  Sounds easy huh? Tee hee, I like it to sound hard but all the while it is fairly easy if you follow the rules! So off to the videos and when you have mastered these algebra problems, show your parents.  Be careful as you may end up teaching them!

Here's Andrew's Kitty.  Looks like a fun furball!

Homework: Read blog and watch videos and take notes in your Reference Spirals:

As always in Math,
